The Heritage series is a double hung simulated window where the top portion is fixed and the bottom portion is a tilt and turn window. These windows have been approved in Landmark buildings in New York City.

Ikon developed this unit for the use in Passive homes that also needed to meet Landmark guidelines. The Heritage window is able to achieve U values of less than 0.14 and meet the air tightness needed for passive house windows.
